The USPS has published in the Federal Register proposed new regulations regarding the tabbing of what are commonly called newsletters. No the Pitney Bowes W350 will not work with 1.5&#8243; tabs!  Unless it was manufacturerd after 07/20/2009 But you can have it upgraded!
