		<description>As of Sept 8, 2009; &quot;letter-sized booklets&quot; are the only media type that requires the use of 1.5&quot;, non-perforated, tabs; to qualify for automation discounts. Please see the attached document (USPS Booklets.pdf) for additional details. In general; if your media does NOT have a bound edge (glued, saddle stitched/stapled, etc...), it is NOT considered a &quot;booklet&quot; and therefore does NOT require the use of 1.5&quot; tabs. In addition, a &quot;booklet&quot; without a uniform thickness is NOT considered &quot;machineable&quot; by the USPS and therefore it does NOT qualify for automation prices; so this rule does not apply.
